Wang, Junying was born in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China in 1970. She was graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Luxun Academy of Fine Art in 1994.Her name can be found in "The Biography of Famous Persons of the World", and she is now an honorary faculty member at California State University,, San Bernardino, USA.. The former President of France, Jacques Chirac once sent her a letter in his own writing to express his appreciation for her efforts in cultural exchange between France and China.
